Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using htmltowebsite.com, its published-site infrastructure, or related HtmlToWebsite services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only with that consent.
The service
HtmlToWebsite publishes browser-ready static files to a public web address. It does not build projects, execute server code, provide databases, or verify that uploaded content is complete, accurate, lawful, or suitable for a particular purpose.
The service may include browser previews, public site addresses, version history, account storage, Agent or API publishing, custom domains, subscriptions, expiration notices, and recovery features. Features, limits, retention windows, and plan benefits are described in the product and may change as the service evolves.
Accounts and access
You agree to provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for activity under your account, management links, sessions, API or Agent tokens, and connected domains. Keep credentials secure and contact us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant HtmlToWebsite a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, host, copy, cache, process, scan, transmit, display, and modify your content only as technically necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to publish it. Published sites are public, and unlisted addresses are not private. Anyone with an address may view, copy, screenshot, cache, or share the site.
If your published site collects visitor information through forms, analytics, scripts, embeds, or other features, you are responsible for providing required notices, obtaining consent, securing that information, and complying with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
Acceptable use
You may not use HtmlToWebsite for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity; to distribute malware or unwanted messages; to impersonate others; to collect data without proper notice or consent; to interfere with the service; or to bypass limits, security, moderation, or access controls.
We may block, quarantine, remove, or report content and accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the service, or comply with law.
Moderation and removal
We are not required to review every file or published site in advance. We may use automated or manual checks and may refuse, restrict, quarantine, disable, or remove content, domains, tokens, or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these terms, create a security or legal risk, are subject to a valid complaint, or may harm the service or third parties.
For serious abuse, unlawful content, security threats, payment fraud, or urgent legal requests, we may act without advance notice. A disabled, expired, or removed site address may stop working and may not be recoverable.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
You authorize Stripe and HtmlToWebsite to process subscription status, invoices, payment results, refunds, disputes, and service activation. HtmlToWebsite does not store your full payment-card number.
Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, paid digital services and subscription periods are non-refundable once delivered. Prices, taxes, currencies, plan contents, and future renewal rates may change, but completed purchases are handled under the terms shown when purchased.
Retention and backups
Guest and free sites expire and are deleted according to the retention window shown in the product. Paid content may enter a recovery window after a subscription ends. You are responsible for keeping your own backup of all content.
Recovery is not guaranteed after a retention or recovery deadline. HtmlToWebsite is a publishing service, not your only archive or backup location.
Third-party services and external content
Your sites may include third-party images, fonts, scripts, styles, links, forms, or embeds. You are responsible for ensuring you may use them and for understanding that they may collect visitor information, introduce security risks, or stop working.
HtmlToWebsite also depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, security, domain, and payment services. Their services, content, availability, and practices are outside our control and may be governed by separate terms.
Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or loss-free operation. Maintenance, outages, network issues, third-party failures, security events, abnormal traffic, domain or DNS changes, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
HtmlToWebsite intellectual property
The HtmlToWebsite brand, website, interface, software, documentation, designs, and service infrastructure belong to HtmlToWebsite or its licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or impersonate the service. Your submitted content remains yours or the property of its original rights holders.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including content responsibility, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification—will continue to apply.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of results, legality of published content, and availability of third-party resources.
You use HtmlToWebsite, publish content, and connect domains at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HtmlToWebsite and its operators, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, unavailable sites, third-party claims, or the cost of substitute services arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HtmlToWebsite and its operators, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your published sites, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post revised terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
